This is a test pressing of the UK single "Fight for my Country" that Trevor wrote (and sang) for a band called "Balls".The band featured Trevor,Steve Gibbons and Denny Laine.
And here is the finished single, released on the 'Wizard' label,it was produced by the legendary Jimmy Miller (Of Blackberry Way 'fame') The logo that the Wizard label used was for some reason also used on a picture sleeve from Portugal, for Wizzard's "See my baby Jive"
And here it is...Wizard with only one 'Z' ,Strange eh !
And here is me with Trevor (Giving us one of his 'mean' looks) This was taken after one of his gigs with The Trevor Burton Band in 1997
This was taken at the launch (Or should I say lunch) party for the release of 'Eddy and the Falcons'.Charlie Grima is the man with the 'bottle' and that looks like Don Arden with the sore head
Guests at the party couldn't believe their eyes (or ears) as Jeff Lynne joined Roy and Rick Price (and maybe other Wizzards) on stage for a bit of rock 'n' roll. Not sure who played drums, someone once told me that it was Bev, but it's the Wizzard drum kit in the background.

Roy not only wrote and produced the album, but after providing the evenings entertainment,he also went out to help on the merchandise stall !
Rockin' Roy
Guess who got an invite ? ..... Me !!!

Unfortunately it was 30 years after the party :-(
